I'm a "real food" based nutrition consultant, Certified 21-Day Sugar Detox Coach, Certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and Certified Personal Trainer. I have an active nutrition and fitness studio where I help women design a life & body they love through nourishing food, digestive wellness, bio-individualized training and lifestyle practices.
My passion is to inspire hope and help individuals understand the tragic effects of the modern diet and lack of movement that create weakness in the body's physiological function.

As an exercise coach I am trained in functional exercise techniques and individual program design. As a holistic coach, I understand the important roles that sleep, food quality, stress reduction techniques and exercise play in improving the vitality of clients. As someone who has lived the program, I understand the challenges and obstacles one will face in his or her path toward fitness.
My experience with nutrition and fitness began at an early age out of desperation to feel worthy and find some sense of belonging. In and out of trouble, I often would go to the gym looking for a way to feel better about myself. I had very low self-esteem and poor body image and used exercise as a drug. It was here I turned my life over to Christ and my new story began!
My passion lies in helping women find their way through their body. That means break FREE form the crazy training and nutrition dogma that keeps them stuck in an unhealthy way of thinking and being, so that ultimately they can live healthier, happier, sexier and freer lives.
My purpose today is to use these experiences as gifts to bring freedom and health to others. Fitness is not a size, it’s a lifestyle; and placed in the hands of God, it has the potential to transform you inside and out.
I have studied nutritional therapy and fitness for 12 years in an effort to understand how our bodies are designed to function as a whole - body, soul and spirit.
